Chef at home

The “Chef à domicile” service is active 7 days a week, lunch and dinner, reservation 48 to 72 hours in advance.
The chef moves on Carcassonne, Narbonne, Toulouse and their surroundings. Free move on 10km around Carcassonne, beyond, a supplement will be established (60 cts per Km round trip).
Contact by phone or email, menu development, analysis of the kitchen and appliances of the client for the smooth running of the service. The arrival time will be determined with you. The chef takes care of everything (market, bread, preparation, service, storage and cleaning of your kitchen), the setting up of the table will be entrusted to you. Assistance from the master or housekeeper is required for the delivery of dishes. however, at the request and at the expense of the customer the service of dishes and wine and the establishment of the table can be provided by a butler.
All containers and plates, up to 10/12 people, can be brought by the Chef, to do with the plates you have. Cutlery and glassware are made available by the customer. Beyond 12 people, I suggest going through a Rental Company for everyone’s comfort. It takes an average of € 3 per person (glasses, plates, cutlery).
The menu is unique for the entire table, except exceptions or allergies.
If you wish, the chef will offer you a wine pairing on the selected menu or leave you the pleasure of leaving good bottles of your cellar.

Here are the Chef’s menu proposals, once the menu has been selected, the Chef will set you a menu based on seasonal products, the arrival and availability of raw materials.
A completely tailor-made menu at your request is entirely possible.  Breton Lobster, Bresse Poultry, All Truffle Menu, Rossini Beef Tenderloin; Paris Brest, Grand Marnier Soufflé, etc ……. A lot of possibilities, depending on the season and the availability of products, which will make you happy. No price established on this menu because it will be in relation to the desired raw materials and the preparation work which will have been carried out by the Chef.
Very fast return for the proposal, less than 72 hours.
