Chef at home

The “Chef at home” service is available 7 days a week, for lunch and dinner. Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance, depending on the Chef’s availability.

The Chef travels to Carcassonne, Narbonne, Toulouse and their surroundings. Free travel within a 5km radius of Carcassonne, beyond that a travel fee will be charged (70 cents per km return).

Contact by telephone or email, menu development, analysis of the client’s kitchen and appliances to ensure that the service runs smoothly. The arrival time is determined with you. The Chef takes care of everything (market, bread, preparation, tidying and cleaning of your kitchen), the setting of the table will be entrusted to you. The host or hostess will be asked to help with the delivery of the dishes for more than 6 people.

However, on request and at the expense of the client, the service of the dishes and wine as well as the setting of the table can be assured by a maître d’hôtel.

So that you can fully enjoy the service with your guests, without having to leave the table often enough, the Chef recommends that you take an extra person from 10/12 people (service from 90€). Moreover, if you wish, you can call on an extra even for a small table.

All containers and plates, up to 6/8 people, can be brought by the Chef, to see with the plates you have. The cutlery and glassware are provided by the client. For more than 12 people, I suggest using a rental company for everyone’s comfort. The average price is 4€ per person (glasses, plates, cutlery).

The menu is unique for the whole table, except for exceptions or allergies.

If you wish to have a complete service, the Chef will be happy to create a tailor-made wine and food pairing with a selection of wines from the region, in relation to the menu.

Here are the Chef’s menu proposals, once the menu has been selected, the Chef will establish a menu for you according to the seasonal products, the arrival and the availability of raw materials.

A menu completely made to measure at your request is also possible.
Fancy a Breton lobster, Bresse poultry, Truffle menu, Rossini beef filet, Paris Brest, Grand Marnier soufflé, etc……. There are many possibilities, depending on the season and the availability of products, which will make you happy. There is no set price for this menu, as it will depend on the raw materials required and the preparation work carried out by the Chef.
